MELİS ÇAVUŞOĞLU

Melis was born in Bolu in 1994. In 2013, she earned a place at the Department of Advertising at Istanbul Bilgi University and thus moved to Istanbul to make her dreams come true. The syllabus of the program was not that dense and already Melis was sowing the seeds of her "anxiety to use her time effectively" :) She filled the gaps in her timetable with psychology courses, another field she is interested in. In 2016, she went to Brussels with the Erasmus program. In 2018, she graduated with a major in advertising and a minor in psychology.

During her student years she had the chance to intern at a number of advertising agencies including Gram İstanbul, MullenLowe and Alice BBDO. Following her internship experience and in view of her interest in psychology, she decided to continue her career as a strategist.

Contemplating the question, "Must everyone have a passion?" she discovered her own true passion. She defines her passion not as knowing something best and fully focusing on it but as the process of learning itself.
